That just doesn’t seem fair, does it
If the Supreme Court goes with the Hobby Lobby desired outcome we may just start seeing signs like the one above.
Moral of the story?
Be very careful what you ask for in the guise of religious rights.
This decision could eventually swing both ways. Pro-choicers will enjoy the same discretion.
6/30/2014 Update:
Well here we go. The SC has ruled using the 1993 Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Narrow though the ruling may be it is Pandora’s box now left further ajar. It’s only a matter of time until another issue is used to expand the exemptions. One way or another the ACA will be drawn and quartered to its death.
