Oh oh, Russia has progressives too!

This sort of leaves the hard right in Russia in about the same state of embarrassment as here in the United States. The progressives live on despite all that social control and blather.

I can envision the Russian counter protests now using American imagery and dog whistles like “This time we came without our ~~guns~~ kalashnikovs!”
