Voting obstacles for the homeless

At the hearing on the proposed constitutional amendment to require a photo voter ID in Minnesota, held on February 1st before the Senate Elections Committee, Kenza Hadj-Moussa, Communications & Development Director for the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless, was one of the witnesses.

Aaron Klemz and I did an interview of Kenza before the hearing.
