When we last left Larry Klayman, bereft
When we left Larry Klayman at the courthouse door after his humiliating summary judgment defeat in the defamation action Klayman v. City Pages, Ken Avidor, et al., many of you, my friends, were probably inclined to think, “That’s the last we’ll hear about Larry Klayman!”
I am sure that’s what the white whale thought that about Captain Ahab, too. But the whale was wrong, and so are you my friends, because Klayman has taken his little sack of grievance over to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
But we all remember what finally happened to Cap’n Ahab.
