Verily, let us stone them!
MPR reports that Minnesota for Marriage would never advocate for the killing of gays and lesbians:
Minnesota for Marriage would never advocate for anybody being put to death,” Parrish said. “We strongly believe that anybody is entitled to love whomever they want to love. We don’t have a position on that. We just have a position on whether marriage in Minnesota should be redefined.
But as late as yesterday afternoon, here was a sign-carrying supporter of Minnesota for Marriage at the “boycott” at the edge of the General Mill campus:
The text of Leviticus 20:13 is:
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
And although he’s not in the photo, Chuck Darrell, the director of the Minnesota for Marriage campaign, was standing across the street at the time the photo was taken (by me).
