For the first time in the history of the Spotty™ award, a tweet (by @OrioleNutt) has won the coveted medallion, and it’s a beaut.

It’s the best description of Jim Schultz’s antic, manic speaking style I’ve seen, and it’s dead accurate.
I can imagine third year law student Jimmy walking into a job interview, sticking out his hand and saying, “Hi, I’m Jimmy Schultz,” in his best Mel Blanc voice.
The interviewer jots down a note, ‘office lawyer.’
