Women Against Cravaack to March to Cravaack’s Office this Wednesday in Duluth
Women Against Cravaack, a group of local women who are upset with Rep. Cravaack’s anti-woman record in Congress, will march to his office this Wednesday at 12:15 pm. After their march, Women Against Cravaack will hold a press conference where they will demand Cravaack be held accountable for his atrocious record on women’s issues.
Cravaack has voted to defund Planned Parenthood, to redefine rape, and most recently blocked the real Violence Against Women Act, in favor of a bill that actually rolls back protections for millions of domestic violence victims. Dana Rossing, a domestic abuse survivor and women’s rights advocate, will speak about her frustration with Rep. Cravaack and his reckless disregard for victims of domestic violence.
What: Women’s march and press conference to call out Congressman Cravaack’s anti-women record.
When: Wednesday, June 6th at 12:15pm
