Photo ID “an issue that was resolved in 1965”
Dr. Josie Johnson, a veteran of the civil rights movement, was one of many people deeply concerned about the effect of Republican-proposed constitutional amendment requiring photo identification to vote at a forum sponsored by Rep. Keith Ellison. As she put it, “this is an issue that should have been decided, and was, in 1965.” Check out this video from the forum:
